The Madeline Albright quote applies very well here. But I just want to imagine what people would say if the same thing was said about a man. Yep, sounds just as stupid with that. This is truly sad. Even Richard Nixon on paper supported the ERA. The Republicans seem eager to run away from anything resembling progressive social policy.

How would I even know if I am being paid less than my co-workers, since corporate policy is to NEVER discuss pay with other workers.
